Jeff Herold, founder of Warrior Leadership LLC, began his career as a U.S. Army Police K-9 Handler. After five years, he joined the Air Force Reserve while launching a civilian law enforcement career. He served 18 years with Athens-Clarke County, including 11 in the Crime Scene Unit. He taught forensics at the Georgia Police Training Center. In the Air Force Reserve, Jeff rose to Chief Master Sergeant, an honor achieved by only 10% of the force. He deployed in support of global operations and retired after 24 years. He later spent nine years in a forensic lab leading leadership workshops. Jeff holds a B.S. in Management and Master’s Certificate in Forensic Death Investigation. He volunteers with the Covington Rotary and Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, teaching active shooter and trauma response. Today, he runs Warrior Leadership LLC full-time, facilitating leadership, team building, and conflict resolution programs.
