Shepeard Community Blood Center is proud to be a new member of the Newton County Chamber of Commerce and to be growing our presence and partnerships throughout the Newton County community.
As a nonprofit community blood center, Shepeard is dedicated to saving lives by providing a safe and reliable supply of blood and blood products to hospitals and patients throughout the region. Every day, our work connects volunteer blood donors with patients who depend on blood for surgeries, cancer treatments, trauma care, childbirth, emergencies, and other critical medical needs.
Our commitment to Newton County is already underway. Shepeard has established partnerships with two local schools, creating opportunities to engage students, families, educators, and the broader community in the lifesaving mission of blood donation.
As we continue to grow our footprint in Newton County, we look forward to developing relationships with local businesses, schools, healthcare organizations, civic groups, and community leaders. Through blood drives, community partnerships, sponsorships, and education, we want to make it easier for people throughout Newton County to participate in a mission that directly impacts the lives of their neighbors.
