Shop Foreman

Phoenix Personnel is seeking an experienced **Shop Foreman** for a growing commercial cabinetry company in **Covington, GA**.

**We're looking for someone with:**
? 5+ years of experience managing a cabinet shop
? Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews, delegate work, and train employees
? Experience with cabinetry, cabinet/countertop laminating, carpentry, or construction
? Commercial cabinetry experience preferred
? Solid surface countertop and CNC experience is a huge plus
