Landscaping Crew Leader
Location: Rutledge, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
Phoenix Personnel is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join a growing team in Rutledge, GA. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew effectively, and has experience in landscape construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job assignments
- Perform landscape construction, grading, hardscape, and irrigation installations
- Operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Train and motivate crew members while promoting teamwork
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or similar supervisory role
- Experience with landscape construction, grading, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license preferred
