This year's program features a special state perspective from former Newton Chamber President and Georgia Deputy Commissioner of Global Commerce, Misti Martin who will provide an update on Georgia's economic momentum and why Newton County continues to be a destination for business investment.

We'll also hear from Serra Hall, Executive Director of the Newton County Industrial Development Authority, as she shares how economic development has strengthened our local economy, expanded employment opportunities, and increased commercial investment throughout our community. She'll also discuss the work still ahead—growing our commercial and industrial tax base, attracting high-quality employers, and ensuring that future growth helps diversify our tax digest so the cost of community services is supported by business investment rather than falling primarily on our residents.
