Learn our step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods, and more. You will take home 2 lbs. of sausage, and learn the basics of sausage-making in a very intimate setting. Led by Farmview Market’s culinary butcher, Glen Wellman, you’ll leave with skills you can use in your own kitchen. This workshop will take place in the butchery which is not heated, so please wear warm clothing and sensible footwear. Minimum age is 18. Class space is limited.
