This collaborative, free event will feature a variety of activities for families and the community designed to help the community and those in need to foster healthy decisions and lifestyles, as well as to provide assistance to community members that may be underserved. Services such as free blood pressure and glucose screenings, school vaccine T-dap, HIV, Covid-19, information on SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, Mental Health, Substance Use Prevention, Face Painting for he kids and much more...
